Wyatt’s attempts at mending the pair’s friendship prove disastrous, and when he finally learns the truth about the night of the accident, Wyatt is forced to make an impossible decision that may end up placing his brother’s very life on the line.
3.5 stars for me. I just felt this was more or less a one sided relationship. I understand Jax went through hell being held hostage and forced to do what he had to for him and his baby to survive but I just didn’t feel the pull from him for his mate Karter until maybe the very end. It just seemed that their roles were reversed as well, Karter was always emotional and apologetic and wishy washy which was odd for an officer of the law (he was trying to be less of a dominate alpha) and Jax was not …more
I have a soft spot for this author (and his brother). I have yet to read one of their books that I didn’t enjoy. This Alpha & Omega pair are very sweet together. A little more of the couple settling in together before the HEA would have been appreciated (and we don’t know the baby’s name?!) Otherwise a nice read.
The book is very good, liked that either one was sure what was going to happen only that a baby was made and now they had to work on what to do now and one had a hard time in believing any of it was true that where the fun comes in, how they get to love one an other, want more of her books
I did have a couple issues with this story, and spoiler alert because I can’t talk about what I didn’t like without spoilers. I thought it was dumb in the first two stories that no one happened to notice when their condoms failed, but in this story they have unprotected sex and Colin is surprised when he ends up pregnant? His only line of thought is that he must have a virus? Believe me, if the guy is so anti-kid, he’s going to be worried about pregnancy from the they had sex.
The man had felt another contraction and Joel smiled, enjoying the way the man groaned and pushed with it, arching his back upwards slightly and giving Joel full view of his naked, sweaty, gigantic belly with 40-odd eggs in it.
Castiel smiled as he held the celestial being in his arms and he felt his grace melt when those blue orbs met his. He held the being close to him for a moment before slowly handing it over to Dean, who was just staring with wide, adoring eyes.
Joel smirked and caught the egg covered in sticky fluid, cleaned it, and placed it beside the man on the bed. He saw that it was very small, possibly the smallest size of eggs the man was going to have. He saw the man groaning as he felt more eggs go down his birth canal and he rubbed his sweaty stomach, giving it a kiss and feeling it tighten up.
3. Faith by Dragongirl16: What if the wizarding world turned its back on Harry? Who will stay true? Who can he turn to? What will he do? ***A few words about this one: This story was written during the golden age of HP fanfiction (early 2000s) so the many cliches that we all make fun of today are included in here. HOWEVER, I do believe that those many fics were actually modeled after this one. The writing is nothing amazing, and could’ve benefited from a beta (were there even betas back in 2003..?) but the plot is actually one of the most original that I have ever read. I wasn’t able to put this story (and its sequel!) down. I still think about it to this day. This story with its sequel amount to over half a million words fyi.
Confident Scout was gone, the Spy straightened himself up and tried to assess the situation. By the looks of things, he’d gone into labour. He had to do everything he could to try not to panic from this revelation. His waters hadn’t broken, that was a good sign. The pain wasn’t constant and for now was bearable. But, if women who’d had children were to be believed, that wouldn’t be the case for long. He knew he’d have to go to the infirmary soon, but would rather not unless he really had to. He was already in a humiliating enough situation as it was no thanks to that madman of a doctor. So Spy continued to pace up and down the small room, stopping to pant whenever he had a contraction. He didn’t know what else to do. The whole time he felt waves of anxiety wash over him which he hadn’t felt since he was a boy, and they only grew stronger as time went on. Spy had never been in this sort of situation before. Never in a million years thought he would. He had no control over what was happening to his own body. He wasn’t prepared for the labour or the birth at all. He’d read some books on how it happened, but found nothing on how to cope with any of it. For the first time in a long time he felt… scared. No, terrified.
In Shaker Heights, a placid, progressive suburb of Cleveland, everything is planned – from the layout of the winding roads to the colors of the houses to the successful lives its residents will go on to lead. And no one embodies this spirit more than Elena Richardson, whose guiding principle is playing by the rules. Enter Mia Warren – an enigmatic artist and single mother – who arrives in this idyllic bubble with her teenage daughter, Pearl, and rents a house from the Richardsons.
The book is appropriately named because the courtship of Vale and Jason is slow. They have to follow the rules of being bonded. I was starting to struggle with reading it because I feared the author had limited the possible outcomes. This was not the case. The omega rights and restrictions reminded me of battles we humans have had and are continuing to fight.
This bundle will open up any reader’s mind on a road of imagination. I had previously read three of the books already, and the the other two were well worth the price the bundle cost. The author has an extremely deep well of imagination and the vocabulary.
This is a stand alone gay romance novel, 118,000 words, with a strong happy ending, as well as a well-crafted, non-shifter omegaverse, with alphas, betas, omegas, male pregnancy, heat, and knotting. Content warning for pregnancy loss and aftermath.
Dionysus tried to reach behind himself and push the egg back in but another contraction started up and he covered his mouth quickly to keep himself silenced as he groaned quietly. Unable to take the pain of the contraction without pushing, he bore down hard. He groaned and bit his fist, squatting where he was.
The world building was ok, if not comprehensive. There was a decent amount of character development, although the MC’s didn’t truly resolve anything with theirs. The final 4 months was addressed as an info dump rather than a true story. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t make me want to read anything else by this author either….not without some significant changes in style.
Mpreg PrisonsA teenager male, Harold, was sent to prison for stealing. He was 22 years old and would get out at 25 years old. He had a boring life in his prison cell with 5 other guys. Some weren’t very nice but some were. He often got into fights with the mean ones but were stopped by the guards. One day, the groups were outside working out when Harold went to sit on a bench in the corner. He saw a figure move behind the building so he went to check it out. Someone from behind blocked his mouth with a cloth sending him unconscious. He woke up in his cell with the others. Everything was normal, the people, his clothes, him. He thought it was a dream and he didn’t care much. As 2 months passed he grew tired everyday, his muscles were sore, he felt sick. He didn’t know what was going on so he told a guard he may need to get checked out since he wasn’t his usual self. They sent a doctor to him and a guard was also sent just in case. Harold heard his results that he was already 2 months pregnant. He wa

“I’m sorry, but he left to go get a package, though he should be back any minute now. If you’d like, you can wait for him here.” The man, who you assumed was their coach, gestured toward a couple of metal folding chairs. You smiled at him and gave him a small bow.
Hey! Looking for a pregnancy and/or birth roleplay. I want someone who is descriptive and active. I only roleplay on notes. Not very many limits but won’t do anything unrealistic. Note me to discuss ideas.
