Using a dating app, Rocco and Kade come together. Problem? Rocco is pack raised, Kade isn’t. Being together, means compromise!!! With a guaranteed HEA, this is a wonderful book, with strong characters and a few cute dogs thrown in.
“What, you dying? Looks like I won’t have to do anything little brother. Or maybe your period decided to show up, what with all the blood on the jeans.” Castiel glared at him and Dean threw a cocky smile towards the angel. Cas turned his attention to Sam and tried to pry Sam’s fingers apart; they were right on top of his stomach. Sam was panting and sweating now, his whole face red, the bloody liquid drying on his jeans.
A Simple Procedure – Part 1It was supposed to be a simple procedure.  He’d asked all the right questions, done all the research.  Anthony had never had surgery before – had never even been to the hospital for anything other than for a routine checkup – but he wasn’t too concerned.  The specialist enlisted to perform the procedure, Dr. Marisa Olivier, had come highly recommended and after several consultations had him confident that everything would go smoothly without a single hitch.
Or at least they didn’t in Dallas Summer’s world – until a nasty encounter in Central Park shatters that notion forever. Dallas finds his life flipped upside down when a sexy stranger knocks on his door.
“I’m intrigued by how fic authors treat a part of life that has traditionally existed only in the female sphere. I am particularly interested in how a writer treats the mental and emotional well-being of a man who is pregnant […] I feel like the trope has a lot of potential if authors use it to their advantage. It has a tendency to be fetishised, which isn’t bad, but I think there is a real avenue for writers to take this idea and explore how characters can change and adapt because of it. It also provides an opportunity for writers to explore gender identity and how pregnancy is intertwined with our concept of it.” -The Collectress
Now the two men not only have to navigate a confusing mix of emotions and figure out what the bond between them means, they have to do so in complete secrecy. Not even members from Ryan’s own pack can know. After all, it won’t be just their lives that are impacted should they fail–their unborn pup would also be in danger.
Minimally tagged because I don’t want to spoiler any of my future “chapters,” and also because I’m new at this and totally clueless about what other tags should be included here. There are a few other little hints in the text besides the tags about the slightly altered AU I’ve been headcanoning in, but you can (hopefully!) enjoy this without the full details yet. That is, if you enjoy parenting fluff. Cuz that’s about all this is. 😉
So why do I bring that up? Because I thought it was cool to see two characters going through similar adjustments, deal with them similarly and yet differently. To see situations dealt with slightly differently and because of that evoke different emotions from me. It showcases the authors talent in writing diverse and thoughtful characters. I also liked seeing Jax and Karter overcome Jax not being able to speak as they worked through their difficulties and getting to know each other. That was one of my pushed “buttons”. There were just so many aspects to the story I really liked. “Meeting” Jax and Karter and being reunited with everyone else. Seeing Jax and Karter come together. Seeing just how much Karter has evolved from Saved. And watching the story unfold anxiously wondering what was going to happen.
Omega wolf Jason and his family have been on the run for six years to keep Jason from being forcefully mated to his pack’s cruel Alpha. When a brutal attack leaves his father desperately injured, Jason comes to the conclusion that it’s time to call it quits. Terrified as he is to deliver himself into an Alpha’s power, he makes a deal to mate with the Alpha of the richest pack in the country. And discovers that he’d rather mate the Alpha’s handsome Head of Security.
I love this book and I hope and pray there is a sequel, because there was no ending. The characters Shea and Zayne has to be reunited and as for The beta Richie, is selfish, delusional and I really don’t know where the story will end for him. But I know Erin Wilder cannot leave this book without a sequel. I am following this author to make sure i do not miss the final chapter that i know is coming..”my fingers are crossed!”
Mpreg Part2/3Brett woke up and saw her sleeping. He felt better but whenever he moved his belly jolted with pain. was afraid something bad happened to his baby. He set aside the thought and brought a blanket and draped Vicky. He went into the kitchen and was starting to make dinner when his belly was tight. He rubbed it to ease the pain but it still hurt every now and then. Vicky woke up to smell burning. She quickly got up and looked around through the thin layer of steam. She saw Brett laying on the kitchen floor coughing. She ran over to him and checked if he was okay. She saw the stove burning on fire. She grabbed the fire extinguisher and blew out the stove. After a few minutes the steam was starting to go away. She helped him on the couch and noticed he was in pain coming from his stomach. She massaged his belly and looked up at him. “DONT DO ANY WORK!! From now on I will!! You got me WORRIED!!” Vicky looks away and starts crying. “V-Vicky. I’m sorry. I just wanted to help.” “Well don’t.”
Birth mpreg 1He is home alone when contractions come. He pushes until his water breaks and his fluid breaks out. He pushes again and again struggling from the pain. The head starts to come when the pressure rises. He pushes and pants to get the baby out.
As the Strawhats journey around the grandline, they come across an island known as “Kokoro Island.” During this, Sanji has many night terrors, which lead to show him just how much he cares about his friends. As Zoro and Sanji are sent on an errand into the local village by Nami, the cook’…
This was a straight-forward, male/male romance story of an abused human omega sold and rescued by an attentive, caring Alpha werewolf. It’s set in a twist on an “omegaverse” universe where male Alphas knot and impregnate Omegas. The plot was simple, following the omega from abuse to life and love in a new pack. The theme of rescue was fine, but the characters were a bit flat.  While the chemistry between them had some sizzle overall it wasn’t particularly enticing to me.
What this book lacks is an ENDING. Crumb, I hate that. I don’t care if we get set up for the next book, which I assume will be Kell’s story. I’d be a buyer and I am sure I will still be a buyer, even with my frustration with this one. Nothing wraps up in this book. Tarek and Braun’s relationship isn’t totally settled. Tarek still has problems to handle (not saying more in order to not spoil anything for other readers). I could understand if EVERYONE’s issues aren’t settled at the end of this, because they can continue into the next book. This just left me feeling unresolved and disappointed.
It is Nick and Amy Dunne’s fifth wedding anniversary. Presents are being wrapped and reservations are being made when Nick’s clever and beautiful wife disappears from their rented McMansion on the Mississippi River. Husband-of-the-Year Nick isn’t doing himself any favors with cringe-worthy daydreams. Under mounting pressure from the police and the media – as well as Amy’s fiercely doting parents – the town golden boy parades an endless series of lies, deceits, and inappropriate behavior. Nick is oddly evasive, and he’s definitely bitter – but is he really a killer?
“Ohhhhh!” his moans filled the club, when he felt fluid dripping out of his ass, around James’ cock. His water was broken. “Oh baby, our babies are coming,” he moaned, James’ cock still buried deep in his ass.
Suddenly, Francis felt the ring of fire return as his anus slowly bulged and stretched around the baby’s head. His chest burned and he paused to draw breath but too late, the head had slipped back inside. Get back out here!” Niso felt helpless. He could only stay by the pregnant male and offer just the smallest relief. His hands kneaded the knots in Francis’ heaving flank and lower back, easing some of the pressure. “You’re doing it, just keep pushing. It’s already crowned Francis.” He kissed the laboring male’s shoulder and temple as encouragement then shuffled back to check Francis’ entrance.  Niso was able to make out a tuft of dark hair poking out as the baby started to crown, and knew it would come out quickly if Francis gave a hard push.
A disturbing murder with shocking consequences sets in motion the new book in the number-one best-selling suspense series starring psychologist Alex Delaware and Detective Milo Sturgis. This baffling, twisted tale tests Alex and Milo to their intellectual and emotional limits.
What do you do, when it’s been 4 yrs since your love has passed? You have a son to raise yet you are so very alone and lonely? And you are an Omega? Go on a dating site and hope that someone decent responds to your post. That’s what Roam did. He never expected to find someone he clicked with.
Technically, the two protagonists were brothers, so people interested in “brocest” will see a theme that touches on that type of pairing. In reality, if that idea squeaks one out too much, the “genetic brothers” theme is really not central (and the story would not read very differently if they were simply two Alpha best friends who formerly had only formed a deep emotional and sexual but not permanently mated bond.)
Millions of years ago, as the first of our kind evolved into the earliest ancestors of the human race, the alpha/omega gender history began a long journey alongside the voyages of people. About 1.9 million years before the common-era, there were only two very defined and rigid genders. There was the alpha male and the omega female. These early people were savage and barbaric, resembling their primal ancestor more closely than the domesticated cat does in today’s world. Their animalistic tendencies defined their behavior and lead the way into the first resemblance of social order in the ancient world.
When Evander arrives, Zade finds himself forgetting all about field biology. He’s more concerned with the alpha shifter’s brilliance and curiosity – not to mention his broad chest and powerful muscles.
