I’m a curious sort of person and I couldn’t let this just sit without exploring it further, so I began reaching out on social media to find out why we like this sort of obscure subgenre.  Through Twitter I was getting a lot of amazing feedback, but a lot of people don’t feel comfortable discussing it so openly so I set up a survey where people could anonymously explain why this genre is so appealing to them. The responses were incredible.  What struck me was not only the similarities among our responses, but also the rare response that made the experience personal for that one respondent alone.
Eden Perez has learned to suppress her psychic abilities because of all the bad things she has seen come to pass. When Roark Anderson drops back into her life, on the run from a stalking vampire determined to enslave him, Eden’s special talent might be the only way to save him.
Becoming Omega by Wolf Specter. I’ve been paying attention to Wolf Specter ever since he wrote a mpreg book called, Tall, Dark, and Grizzly, about a lonely grizzly bear shifter, who romps around with an interviewer that comes to his house. Specter enjoys the usual shifter tropes—fated mates, alpha/beta/gamma pack structure, shifters with big dicks (and knots—which is sort of a bestiality kink), etc. But what really struck me was his polished diction, and his story. Sure, a lot of these stories aren’t very complicated, but Specter’s follow solid plot sequences, and have their own unique twists.
I found the wonderful gay paranormal romance box-set a delightful and entertaining read and I thoroughly enjoyed each and every story therein. This box-set covers a selection of bears, werewolves and dragons shapeshifter stories. What you will find in these stories is betrayal, drama, suspense, intrigue, dominant alpha males, fiery sometimes submissive omega males, unplanned pregnancies, emotional feelings, denial, falling in love, romance and erotic scenes. The characters in the various stories are well developed and entwine well with each other with regards to the situation they find themselves in and react with arrogance, fears, doubts, needs and desires. the story-line is well thought out and written. I would really recommend this collection, to people who like to read a thoroughly enjoyably gay paranormal box-set.
When Juniper’s friend Elysa invites her to dinner, the last thing she expects is to be set up on a blind date. And if that wasn’t the worst surprise ever, her date turns out to be her middle school nemesis, Ansel. Except now he looks like a male supermodel, with his dark hair, broody eyes, and a chiseled muscular body that makes her swoon. How can she ever say no to him, even if he teased her mercilessly when they were kids?
I started writing fanfiction as a teen, and my love grew from there – especially of m/m. 🙂 Of course, like any writer, my imagination doesn’t limit itself, which is why I also write straight paranormal romance under the pen name Madison Silver.
Now Kieran.. also a bit of back and forth. I don’t usually notice this kind of thing from this author. Kieran as the beginning is totally untrustworthy of not only Aiden, remembering his unscrupulous reputation of old, but by extension to Noah, seeing as ex-human and able to be ‘duped’ by said Aiden. Even though it’s be …more

And when Jared insists on having an OB-GYN of his own gender, Jensen’s long stretch of successfully not falling for one of his patients is finally at an end.
