“Mpreg Month-Week 4 Paranormal Mpreg Books”

I love this series! I’m an A.M. Arthur fan, but I had no idea she would try her pen at Mpreg. Mpreg is not an autobuy for me, but I do like it. Not so much for the pregnancy aspect as for the world building that often accompanies the “whys” and “hows” of Mpreg. Arthur does not disappoint!!! She does such a great job with this whole series and I can’t wait for the next installment.
Naruto sat up on the bed, with much difficulty due to the extra weight on his stomach. He picked up one of the scrolls that Jiraiya had given him. He couldn’t do anything physical, but that didn’t stop him from improving his tactics and such. He was quite proud of himself. Hopefully, after the baby was born, he could do more training. Although Tsunade said that looking after a baby was a full time job.
Thirty-five-year-old Kate Bowler was a professor at the school of divinity at Duke, and had finally had a baby with her childhood sweetheart after years of trying, when she began to feel jabbing pains in her stomach. She lost 30 pounds, chugged antacid, and visited doctors for three months before she was finally diagnosed with Stage IV colon cancer. As she navigates the aftermath of her diagnosis, Kate pulls the listener deeply into her life, which is populated with a colorful, often hilarious collection of friends, pastors, parents, and doctors.
In this 3rd installment, the main couple is Jax Orris, a widowed omega who was previously mated and has a baby son from that marriage, and Karter Jenks, a young constable who had a supporting role in the previous books.
story summary:  Arthur Kirkland’s plan A was to graduate, find a good job, buy his dream house and, yeah, why not?, eventually get married. Unfortunately, once he got pregnant, this plan became a distant dream. He had to replan his life, and now, with a daughter, his Plan B includes making the best with what he has and, definitely, staying away from alphas.
Michael turned to Gabriel and Lucifer, who each all knew what to do. They were going to have to hold Dean down. Gabriel went to hold Dean’s legs; Lucifer tended to hold Dean’s wings still while Michael held Dean’s arms down.
The one thing that stands out the most is the amazing world Leta Blake has created. It’s a dystopian-like society with very strict rules. What really impressed me was that the author took the time to think of the effects of male pregnancy. In fact, a lot of the storyline is in regards to the biology of humans with a wolf-like mentality. The reader is not left taking things as a fact but given the reasons.
So I started ‘Saved’ not really know what would entail and if my hang ups on mpreg and the abuse would keep my from enjoying this book. This was the first book by A.M. that I have read so I had not clue about her writing style, or what to expect. I don’t tend to step outside my box when it comes to new books and new to me authors so I was afraid this would hinder the way I judged it. I will tell you right now, I am glad I did this for my out of comfort zone book, because I have since bought book two in this series, as well as two more books by A.M.
“I’m fine Cas. There is no reason for you and Sam to keep asking that.” Castiel sighed once again, but kept his eyes on the hunter. He seemed tense, but then again that was his mood most of the time nowadays.
Karter has recently undergone a change of mind after witnessing Kell Iverson’s trial (from book 2) and has opened his eyes to how badly many omegas are treated by alphaholes. He’s slowly becoming woke and has started to rebel agains …more
Omegaverse fic is a sub-genre of fanfic that became popular in the fandom from mid-2010 onwards, and is now found in many fandoms. The genre overlays canine-type characteristics on people, including pack hierarchies, the idea that receptive sex partners may go into heat and the canine characteristics of penis’ having a bulbous knot at its base. The genre is also referred to as A/B/O fic after the Alpha/Beta/Omega divisions of pack hierarchies.
Look at the dates. My friend posted the original almost a whole year prior to this being posted. If you want more like this, please go to her page and see the full story, and others like it with her characters Francis and Niso. I also mpreg birth stories if you’re seeking them.
Calmly, she handed the man a clipboard and told him to fill in the forms attached, then went back to her pacing. Her back was aching, but she couldn’t stand to sit down. Even standing still was unbearable. So she paced behind the counter, idly putting away pieces of paper and files as she saw them.
Joel smiled as he heard the man’s water break for the first time and he went back towards the man, pushing his legs apart and check on the egg’s progress. Sure enough, the small egg had slid into place and was ready to come out.
The “werewolves exposing themselves to humans” trope is a difficult one for me to appreciate without an extreme level of thought and sophistication. (The author’s treatment of this “coming out” wasn’t horrible, and had plenty of political and personality-driven machinations, but for those plots to be very enjoyable to me, I yearn for a very significant and deeply well thought-out world building and story. The reasons why werewolves remain hidden for so long, how they’ve interacted with and affected human events in the past, and why they are coming out now are massive questions that are difficult to answer in a short romance. For example, author attempted to address some of this with comments about World War I and the War on Terror, so kudos for at least trying to put such a earth-shattering, seminal event into some perspective. But to me this ices over World War II and the Cold War, which to me vastly, vastly larger threats by far to both humanity and especially werewolves’/supernaturals’ position and stake in the world.) Again, my respect to the author to at least try to address this, even if in this particular case it did not really enhance the believability (or suspension of my disbelief) too much for me personally.
On February 3rd, 2013, The Mpreg Fairy Tumblr[3] blog was launched, which highlights mpreg fanfiction and fanart. On May 1st, a “Mister Seahorse” article was created on TV Tropes.[6] On August 6th, 2014, the “Lyric’s Pregnant Men” Tumblr blog was created, featuring photographs of men digitally altered to appear as if they are impregnated (shown below).
The plot is quite obvious at times with no real twists that I didn’t see coming, but I actually liked that as I could just sit back, read and enjoy it without having to think too much. Perfect. I loved the ending, it tied up all the loose ends for Luca and Kit while cleverly leaving the story of the secondary characters open for further exploration…I hope.
