“Mpreg Fursuits Susi Hawke Mpreg”

So why do I bring that up? Because I thought it was cool to see two characters going through similar adjustments, deal with them similarly and yet differently. To see situations dealt with slightly differently and because of that evoke different emotions from me. It showcases the authors talent in writing diverse and thoughtful characters. I also liked seeing Jax and Karter overcome Jax not being able to speak as they worked through their difficulties and getting to know each other. That was one of my pushed “buttons”. There were just so many aspects to the story I really liked. “Meeting” Jax and Karter and being reunited with everyone else. Seeing Jax and Karter come together. Seeing just how much Karter has evolved from Saved. And watching the story unfold anxiously wondering what was going to happen.
The blurb for this fired my imagination from the start. In a world where omegas are second-class citizens with few civil rights and almost no protections under the law. Bring it on I thought. I’m ready.
Galadra panted as another contraction seized her swollen belly. Pushing accomplished nothing, no matter how hard the tip of her massive egg ground against her cervix. She had been in labor for 5 hours, the last two of those were spent straining and pushing in vain. The witch had induced a quick labor given that after only 3 hours Gala was fully dilated. The healers and midwives did everything in their power to help the princess lay the egg. From squatting to kneeling to a bath of warm water, no position budged the egg from it’s resting place. Their magic was powerless as well. No amount of spells or chants reduced the egg
As with everything else in fanfic, if the writer is good, it will be a decent or possibly even brilliant story, and it won’t be less decent or less brilliant for having mpreg (or fpreg) in it. Mpreg doesn’t automatically make a story bad, and it doesn’t deserve to be jeered at and considered a sign of immaturity or horrible writing or femaleness just because it exists. (It also shouldn’t automatically be equated with slash, because the two things aren’t interchangeable. Meaning, it may occur primarily in slash pairings because the writer wants two men to have a baby or they overidentify with one of the characters or they find pregnancy erotic and might be turned on by the idea of pregnant men or they’re writing a “male character freaks out” comedy trope – but it’s not inherent to slash fic. And bad mpreg stories aren’t a blanket condemnation of all slash stories ever written.)
“Hey Mach! Cut thith thing for uth, pleathe!” Machete looked up in time to see one of the other Carriers toss something over. He caught it, yelping. It was a dragon fruit, so he knew it was for Pixel. He sliced it in half, and cut out the white insides. He decided to dice them up, and brought back the two halves to the group. The Carrier who had tossed it to him, Peppermint, took it back.

I love Omegaverse stories. Having discovered them quite by chance last year with the “The Country Omega” by Penelope Peters, I am always keen to read new authors in the genre because each approach their world-building differently – hierarchy, function/role, society expectations and even some being just all male – it’s exciting to read a variation to a theme. So, having also read Leta Blake’s “Slow Heat” (which is referenced in the opening of this book) I was eager to read this – the blurb was go …more
Computer programmer Peter Callaghan likes his quiet, boring life. But like every year since his seventeenth birthday, a rampaging need to screw every guy with a heartbeat takes over. During this time, he finds he can climb out of his shell and be a normal, horny and slightly sarcastic twenty-five-year-old. Peter knows the hulking man with a biker’s name will go down in history as his hottest bang, but Peter gets more than he bargained for. When the man shows up several weeks later, raving about pregnancies and mythological creatures, Peter realizes he’s being held captive by a crazy person.
Jin is an omega werewolf who lives with his pack. When tae’s pack attack their area, most of jin’s family escape but some are killed. He is left behind and when he tries to run away, tae, who is an alpha of his own pack captures him and upon seeing him, he imprints on jin. Tae’s pack wants to kill jin too, but tae says that he takes him as his slave. Jin hates their pack and (pretends to hate) tae. But tae is not like the rest of his pack, he is gentle and caring toward jin who is his mate! J
The book was a slow read, and more often than not I felt forced to finish it out of pure obligation to see it through. Mostly it was filled with teenage angst coming from two men in their mid to late 20’s. It was a better read than most m/m shifter books out there since the author appears to edit and for the most part stay with the correct character. But it was missing the zest that I’ve grown accustomed to reading in other m/m romances.
This was a Great read… I totally loved Jax… And Karter was perfect for him…I of course was totally into the plot and I hope we get a book and Higgs finds his omega… I truly hope this series continues…fingers crossed…I highly recommended….

Hardly thirty minutes after he got into a squatting position, he gasped when the final egg flopped out to rest with the others littering the floor under him. He bit his fist and glanced over his shoulder, face red and his hair and clothes soaked with sweat from laboring with the many eggs. “Samuel, good morning. And yes I guess I’m a bit excited. Last night, I thought about what you said, and decided that you are right. There are no rules that say that I have to stay with the alpha once I’ve conceived. So I decided to follow you advice and I’m going to start looking for a ‘donor’ right away.”  Castiel left the kitchen with the same smile on his face, and missed the growing look of horror in Sam’s face. Everyone at the reserve was anxious. The person who was the most anxious however, was the head of the stables, Georgina Whitney. Not only was she in charge of the stables, but she was in charge of a specific stable. The Flok stable. All this information is based off of fics we have read and stuff I (Mod Purp) looked up. As you can see, a lot of Omegaverse fics are up to what the author feels they like. A lot of it can played around with. Hopefully this helps you with wanting to write an Omegaverse fic. Also, we would love to read your fic whenever you finish it if that is okay :3c Jumping at the harshness of Eren’s tone, he moved to held Eren onto his hands and knees, his mates fingers gripping the bedhead for dear life as more moans and whimpers poured from Eren’s mouth. If you read slash, it isn't homosexual relationships, which I think is the stumbling block for most people. Is it the biological aspects? Because most mpreg do not discuss the actual birth or biology behind it all. Is it the loss of control over ones body? Because that is what women feel in normal pregnancy too (ie, if it was a female would it still be an issue?) Is it that most mpreg stories also heavily feminize the pregnant character? Because most slash does that to the bottom/sub character anyway. Or is it something else I haven't mentioned? The poltergeist shrugged and chuckled, kissing Dionysus' forehead after moving his bangs to the side. "Oh, we'll think of something. For now, why don't we work on another batch?" He grinned wickedly, his hand dropping between the alien's legs. [redirect url='http://acaray.com/bump' sec='7']
