“Alpha Beta Omega Wolf Kink Knotting”

Roaming Free is the third book in The Omega Date Diaries series. I continue to be amazed by Odin’s stories. I find along with the sexy times and love story that there is always something that speaks to me. In this story it is Taly’s personal struggles with his Wolf and the fact that he cannot control when or where he shifts. His mental connection with his Wolf is faulty and he shifts when he is too anxious, or too excited and he fears hurting someone so he stays away from others. ( For me Anxiety and Panics can sometimes feel like an out of control “wolf” taking over my body.) This story is full of Love, HEAT and Acceptance. Taly and Roam’s story is a real page turner. Make sure you have time and zero distractions because your going to want to read this book straight through! I highly recommend Roaming Free as well as the other books in this series! I wish I could have given more than 5 stars! I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
But just when Jerry believes he will marry for love, he and Rex are ripped away from life as they know it. Betrayals, kidnappings, cruel experiments, pregnant men, and the reappearance of the Anzuni’s greatest enemy force Jerry and Rex to fight for their lives, their love, and their unborn child…
Dionysus looked up at Noir tiredly and smiled slightly, relieved it was over. “How are we going to get…all these eggs out of here?” He glanced at them and silently wondered what on earth they were going to do to prevent anyone from seeing them. Then he was going to have to contact his family before they were hatched in a week…

The “werewolves exposing themselves to humans” trope is a difficult one for me to appreciate without an extreme level of thought and sophistication. (The author’s treatment of this “coming out” wasn’t horrible, and had plenty of political and personality-driven machinations, but for those plots to be very enjoyable to me, I yearn for a very significant and deeply well thought-out world building and story. The reasons why werewolves remain hidden for so long, how they’ve interacted with and affected human events in the past, and why they are coming out now are massive questions that are difficult to answer in a short romance. For example, author attempted to address some of this with comments about World War I and the War on Terror, so kudos for at least trying to put such a earth-shattering, seminal event into some perspective. But to me this ices over World War II and the Cold War, which to me vastly, vastly larger threats by far to both humanity and especially werewolves’/supernaturals’ position and stake in the world.) Again, my respect to the author to at least try to address this, even if in this particular case it did not really enhance the believability (or suspension of my disbelief) too much for me personally.
Louisa Clark arrives in New York ready to start a new life, confident that she can embrace this new adventure and keep her relationship with Ambulance Sam alive across several thousand miles. She is thrown into the world of the super-rich Gopniks: Leonard and his much younger second wife, Agnes, and a never-ending array of household staff and hangers-on. Lou is determined to get the most out of the experience and throws herself into her job and New York life within this privileged world.
I set the sort-of-almost-packed hospital bag by the front door. The rest of the day I just rolled around while doing my homework. Even though it was senior year teachers still gave us a little bit of homework.
Sebastian was doing his regular nightly duties when all of a sudden he a got sharp pain in his side. He gasped in pain but just ignored it and went back to his duties. After a while, it was morning and Sebastian’s pains went from bad to worse, but Sebastian just thought he was coming down with some demon sickness so he went to Ciel’s room to wake him up.
When five colleagues are forced to go on a corporate retreat in the wilderness, they reluctantly pick up their backpacks and start walking down the muddy path. But one of the women doesn’t come out of the woods. And each of her companions tells a slightly different story about what happened. Federal Police Agent Aaron Falk has a keen interest in the whereabouts of the missing hiker.
“AAAAAHHHH, okay my absolute favorite thing about it is how it takes our current gender dynamics and FUCKS WITH THEM FOREVER. Men thinking about their cycles, worrying about pregnancy, the difficulties of navigating through gender politics when you are socially and politically disenfranchised, but this time starring MEN. There is nothing in this world that I love as much as I love fucking with gender roles. And omegaverse is AMAZING for that. But I also love that, because of the overwhelming nature of heats, the issue of consent MUST be discussed thoughtfully at some point, and that is one of the most amazing things about fanfiction in general.” (Brynna, female, bisexual, 30-40, Canada)
Something I’ve been wondering about is if the Mom is an Alpha and the Dad is an omega who gives birth to the kid? I know Alpha females have semen and omega males have wombs. Chika’s parents in Sayonara Alpha were a couple of this sort and I’m curious as to how this would work, somebody explain please
Third, as much as I rooted for Colin to stand up for himself in this story, I found myself taking sides with Ed a lot. Sure, Ed may not have been good at expressing himself, but Colin also did things he shouldn’t have done.
Two strong, passionate, driven and lonely men connect in this romantic story. Excellent writing, strong character development and an engaging plot kept me reading the whole story in one sitting. So many warm and fuzzy feels with this story, I love how the author has created a very unique story.
There were also some heavy political undertones as well that I an not sure I appreciated much. I read romance to escape reality and when that shitty reality leaks into my fantasy world in the name of a toy company it turned me off to the rest of the story.
Most omega werewolves want a mate and pups, but Lee Aung prefers an unconventional party-boy lifestyle. Yet at 42, he’s stopped going into heat, which means he’s expired goods – no longer a fertile, young omega that alpha wolves drool over. So Lee scams free samples of Wet Heat, a synthetic pheromone, by pretending to be a happily mated test subject at Wet Heat headquarters. There, Lee spends two years being interviewed by the reserved alpha scientist, Cain.

Alois wanted to be sure he didn’t invade to much of Ciel’s space but he just had to give him a hug. So he did and he said in a soft comforting voice “Everything will only get better from now on I promise.”
2. WORM FOOD by Elysium2: The battle is over, but Harry is still fighting. He’s thanking his lucky stars that he learnt long ago how to properly ignore his problems. And Draco Malfoy. ***Very original plot and excellent writing. Gave me all the feels. This is another that I want to draw fan art to. Super love.
Dean felt his blood boil. It wasn’t even his demon side that was angry, it was his human side, one hundred percent. He couldn’t believe his brother kept that secret from him. The selfish bastard had a habit of keeping secrets but this one took the whole fucking cake.
Summary: Levi Ackerman is a Werewolf and an Omega who lives a rather quiet life in his cottage in the woods. Sure, his Witch neighbor Hange can get irritating and Erwin, the worst Ghost in existence as he is completely incapable of scaring anyone, can grate on his nerves. Especially when the Ghost is insistent on haunting his home.
Summary: In the south lies a werewolf kingdom existing within an ancient forest of giant trees, the golden city of the nobles and royalty lying between the edges of the forest and where the endless sea of sand begins. While to north lies the vampire kingdom, dwelling under the shadow of the mountains and by the shores of the sea. Both kingdoms have been at war since their ancestors first sailed over from the west. Now, thousands of years later- there has been an uneasy peace spanning three centuries.
At the moment they were taking a well deserved break from all the research. Something that made Sam and Castiel a little nervous. Dean could say he was fine, but they both knew that the mark was affecting him more than he let on. However, they had read every book that Men of Letters had and were left with hoping Charlie found something. Castiel sighed as he sat with the older Winchester trying to understand the show that Dean insisted he watched, something about dragons and nudity.

This isn’t the first book written by this author that I’ve read but it’s going to be the last. While the writing is good, I have huge problems with character development and the society painted in this world. Things I’ve come away with:
Suddenly, Francis felt the ring of fire return as his anus slowly bulged and stretched around the baby’s head. His chest burned and he paused to draw breath but too late, the head had slipped back inside. Get back out here!” Niso felt helpless. He could only stay by the pregnant male and offer just the smallest relief. His hands kneaded the knots in Francis’ heaving flank and lower back, easing some of the pressure. “You’re doing it, just keep pushing. It’s already crowned Francis.” He kissed the laboring male’s shoulder and temple as encouragement then shuffled back to check Francis’ entrance.  Niso was able to make out a tuft of dark hair poking out as the baby started to crown, and knew it would come out quickly if Francis gave a hard push.
“Oh look at her wings!” Castiel whispered, his grace lighting when the eyes opened as his little green eyed girl woke up. Her wings were bright white with a silvery cast over them. Streaks of almost metallic violet blue shone throughout the tiny, grace slickened wings that were now stickily covering her body.
Saved is book one in A.M. Arthur’s new Breaking Free series that takes place in the Omegaverse. I’ll say that the note in the blurb caught my attention first. I’ve never read mpreg before, so I jumped on it. I definitely got more than I expected.

In canon, mpreg is often explained by alien biology. Alien Nation and Star Trek: Enterprise both have canonical male pregnancy, Torchwood has a reference to it as well, and in Farscape one of the alien male characters accidentally does much of the gestating of John and Aeryn’s child.[2]
